And Circus is a new & exciting youth circus run by a team of dedicated & experienced circus practitioners. Our expert team are passionate about teaching circus in an engaging & simple way.
And Circus challenges young people to step outside of their comfort zone, to gain confidence, working both as an individual & as part of a group. A confidence that is transferable to the classroom, the workspace & in helping to build bonds with others.

We pride ourselves on bringing circus closer to everyone, no matter his or her background, skill level or ability. The space that we create is both safe & exciting, where young people can come together & gain different skills.

And Circus creates opportunities where everyone can learn at their own pace & where we celebrate success no matter how big or small. We encourage creativity through physical activities & give young people a chance to showcase their skills through empowering circus performances.

Over the many years, through hard & inspiring work Albert & Friends Instant Circus has built a strong, supportive & diverse community. Its essence is present in its name & represented by a small yet powerful word.
The ‘AND’ is often overlooked but very much irreplaceable. It is a connecting word we think perfectly captures the core of what we do, connecting young people with the possibility to learn, create and connect with like-minded people.
We believe that a small thing can make a big difference.
